Refund policy

30-day refund

If you change your mind, write to us within 30 days of your payment and we'll refund it, as long as your brand content has not started running in your zone. The entry month of rental-style licenses is not refundable, and neither is a CINEMATIA commercial that was already produced ($75).

Rental-style licenses

After the first 30 days, the license runs for the term you chose. You can ask us to end it early: your remaining monthly payments stop, and the months already paid (including the last month paid in advance) are not refunded.

Data Pass

Full refund within 30 days of payment if you haven't downloaded data or used the API yet.

If we can't deliver

If we cancel your license or pass for reasons that aren't your fault, we refund the unused part of the term.

How to ask

Email support@luminseatokenization.com from the address you used to buy, with your license number. Refunds go back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
